Chen_shot_02 big update

Hi everyone,

I have decided not to render my shot just yet, but here are some rendered images. Can I get some feedback on how the lighting is working and such? I just used the directional light we had and added a point light the car to light up Demarcus's face.

I also have the most recent playblast in case there's anything I should fix. Please let me know! Thanks so much!

  1. The lighting is looking pretty cool emily! I think that we can maybe work on some of the lighting for the shots... I know that raquel usually suggests a key light, a bounce light and a rim light. so maybe if we can implement those in there... i think that maybe you'd just need a rim. and also when rendering remember to make the face higher poly too. the shoes look really dope though hahaha nice reflection!! and you're shot is looking pretty nice.. i really think that it's done! Nice job!

  2. haha true, the shoes are too clean and shiny, There were a few things I just fixed like his pull (made the arm a little straighter), the arc of the head before he climbs up (it was messy, but fixed now) and lastly, his left foot was a little stuck on the window, but i got that fixed too. I'll just show you guys the most recent one on Monday/Tuesday.

    Also I won't render this shot just yet because I want Raquel to give it one last crit before spending all that time rendering. I agree there needs to be some kind of rim shot, but is it cool if we go over that together sometime? (the whole rim thing is a little blurry for me since it's been so long) maybe we can do it on my laptop during Green Ninja or something.

    Other than that, i'll just leave the file alone will we meet. Good luck and thanks!
